Hannah Graham has been serving customers since 2016 in various roles. She worked as a retail sales associate for County Emmet Celtic Shop in Petoskey, Michigan for one summer and accepted a Sales Manager position with the shop the following year on her return from obtaining a Masters Degree in Cork, Ireland.

After the owner retired and the shop closed in 2019, Graham put her full time efforts into performing and teaching Irish traditional fiddle music, which she still does to this day. Graham also accepted a part-time position in June 2022 as User Support Lead with MemberVault, a SaaS company assisting online business owners in quickly creating, delivering and selling their offers. In this role, she regularly assists admins in customer support channels, monitors and updates help documents, and assesses the platform for future improvements.
